Free shipping across the USA
Polished by Maddie offers free standard shipping on every order. We currently ship to addresses within the United States only and are unable to ship internationally at this time.
Production time
All sets are hand-painted and made to order, so they are not pre-made. Please allow 1–4 weeks for your set to be created before it ships, depending on the design and the number of sets in your order.
Delivery & tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow 24–72 hours for tracking to update. Tracking may not show movement until your package reaches the first regional facility, even though it is already on its way.
Shipping address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address entered at checkout. If you notice a mistake, contact us right away and we'll do our best to update it before your order ships.
Lost or delayed packages
If your tracking hasn't updated in several days, or your package is marked delivered but you haven't received it, contact us and we'll help you resolve it with the carrier.
