This website is operated by Polished by Maddie. Throughout the site, the terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to Polished by Maddie. By visiting our site or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

Products

All press-on nail sets are hand-painted and made to order. Small variations in color and design from the photos are normal and are part of the handmade nature of our products. We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue any product at any time.

Orders and pricing

Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and may change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including orders that appear to be placed by resellers or that contain pricing errors. If we cancel an order after payment, we will refund you in full.

Sizing

You are responsible for selecting the correct size and shape. Please review our Size Guide before ordering.

Shipping

We ship within the United States only. Shipping is free on all orders. Production and delivery times are estimates. See our Shipping Policy for details.

Returns and refunds

Because every set is custom made, returns are not accepted. Please see our Refund Policy for how we handle damaged or incorrect orders.

Product use

Follow the application and removal instructions provided. Discontinue use if irritation occurs. Nail glue should be kept out of reach of children and used only as directed. We are not responsible for damage to natural nails caused by improper application or removal.

Intellectual property

All content on this website, including images, text and designs, belongs to Polished by Maddie or its licensors and may not be copied or used without permission.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Polished by Maddie is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or products. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the product.
